Workshops & Courses

Healing Relationships with People, Place, Community & Self

I’ve been developing unique courses and workshops as a means to share wisdom, cultivate a spirit of community and collaboration, create a space for healing, and give to the web of life and Living Earth. My intensive and immersive study of history and cultural, spiritual and magical practices inspires me to help others break free of frames rooted in the legacies of colonialism and greed. I am always trying to share knowledge in a way that is interactive, accessible, and inspiring, allowing all of us to learn from each other.

I hold these gatherings in person (mostly in the beautiful Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts) and online. In-person workshops incorporate somatic movement and mindfulness exercises, arts, storytelling, dialogue, and outdoor walks. Each incorporates aspects of my Core-Respond Approach (CR4), inviting you to:

  • Re-Ground in body and place with mindful and arts-based practices and attentiveness
  • Relate across differences, building strong community ties and empathy
  • Re-Orient power structures through a critical, decolonial lens
  • Regenerate new paths for thriving, from eco-spiritual rituals to collaborative activism

Please see my Calendar of Events to sign up for upcoming workshops.

Group synthesis activities are very challenging. You just cannot pop up a PowerPoint and hope your message gets across. You need someone who can communicate to the group and to each individual, in multiple modalities. Corinna has a deep, intuitive sense about different learning styles, interpersonal reactions to group activities, and creating space for individual co-learning and expression. She sees the forest, and each tree at the same time. She can communicate complex material in a form that everyone understands: via word, image, sound, motion, and silence. I would never venture into a group synthesis activity without her wisdom.
